12VolTronics covers factory defects for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover blown subwoofers, speakers or tweeters, since that damage results from misuse or abuse rather than a manufacturing defect. It also does not cover physical damage caused by or during installation. Most warranty claims are handled directly by 12VolTronics, but some items may need to be serviced through the manufacturer. Please review each manufacturer’s warranty policy and fill out any warranty cards when you receive your product to make sure you have full coverage.
Returns of New, Unused Items
New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus the original shipping charges.
