The DMH-WT6000NEX features a large 10.1″ HD resolution capacitive touchscreen with a unique mounting solution that floats the screen in front of the radio location. Introducing the new “LUMINOUS BAR,” designed to elevate your vehicle’s style and convenience. With the latest connectivity solutions tailored for today’s smartphone-driven lifestyle, the Pioneer PxLink App allows you to customize your receiver’s home screen, quickly access features, and easily perform OTA firmware updates. Features include Android Auto™, Apple CarPlay®, built-in Bluetooth®, SiriusXM-Ready™, and built-in HD Radio™.

Floating display
The floating display configuration allows a large display to be installed using a universal 1-DIN chassis. The floating screen offers horizontal, vertical, and tilt adjustability to ensure the best fit and usability in the vehicle’s dash.
Quad-Core 64-Bit ARM Cortex® Processor
This AV receiver uses a highly integrated System-on-Chip (SoC) for in-vehicle infotainment applications, based on the ARM Cortex® processor with a 64-bit architecture. The main processor works in partnership with a co-processor and integrates 16Gb of DDR4 internal memory to achieve high-quality audio/video performance and user interfaces. It is manufactured with an advanced silicon process and offers higher CPU performance and DRAM bandwidth than conventional processors. This performance allows for an extremely fast, user-friendly experience, with unrivaled audio and video rendering quality.
HD touchscreen
The large HD screen provides an expansive viewing experience, making map reading safer and easier. Using the highly responsive capacitive touch panel enables smoother and easier operation.
LIGHT and DARK MODE
The “LIGHT” daytime mode makes the receiver’s display much easier to see when sunlight is reflected in the car, while the “DARK” nighttime mode provides a less intrusive display when driving at night. These modes are fully programmable to your preferences: you can select a mode permanently, use the vehicle’s illumination wire signal to switch modes, or use the receiver’s internal timer function.
Pioneer Exclusive LUMINOUS BAR
The Pioneer Exclusive LUMINOUS BAR offers an Enhanced Visual Mode for Navigation, providing clear and intuitive guidance support. It also features Music Synchronization Mode, which syncs lighting effects with your music for an immersive experience. Additionally, the Visual Support for Voice-Interaction ensures seamless communication with your car’s voice assistant. For added security, the Red LED Blinker activates while the car is parked, deterring potential intruders.
QuickSwipe Access and Top Side Hard Buttons
Minimize distractions with the new direct access buttons located on the left side of the unit. Perform quick interactions like making calls, initiate voice actions, go to app screens, and return to the main menu in 1-click instead of 2 to 3 times more interactions. Also included physical buttons on top of the display unit. (Vol-, Vol+, Mute)
PxLINK App
The PxLink app offers a range of features to enhance your audio experience. Easily change your background and customize shortcut keys for quick access to your favorite functions. It allows you to manage your quick access menu and utilize split-screen mode for multitasking. The dual screen mode lets you use your phone as a remote control, providing a seamless user experience. Additionally, the app enables you to receive notifications and information, access tips and information, and stay updated with the latest firmware updates.
High-performance wireless connectivity
This Pioneer receiver supports wireless connections between your smartphone and the receiver using built-in Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth®. It is compatible with both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. For this particular unit, Pioneer has integrated high-performance and high-sensitivity components to provide not only a better wireless connection but also remarkable sound quality.
Apple CarPlay® (Wired, Wireless)
This receiver features Apple CarPlay, the smarter, safer and more fun way to use your iPhone® in the car. Apple CarPlay gives iPhone users an incredibly intuitive way to make calls, use Maps, listen to music, and verbally send and listen to messages with just a word or a touch. Apple CarPlay requires iPhone 5 device or newer with the latest version of iOS.
Apple CarPlay split-screen support
If you’ve ever wanted to control two apps simultaneously while using Apple CarPlay®, get excited! Pioneer is introducing a split-screen mode for select large-screen receivers, including this NEX receiver.
Android Auto™ (Wired, Wireless)
This receiver features Android Auto, which extends the Android platform into the car in a way that’s purpose-built for driving. Android Auto automatically brings you useful information and organizes it into simple cards that appear just when they’re needed. It’s designed to minimize distraction so you can stay focused on the road ahead. Android Auto is compatible with Android phones running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or later. Android Auto may not be available on all Android smartphones.
Pioneer Vozsis with Alexa app
Invite Amazon’s versatile voice assistant into your car with a WebLink-compatible Pioneer in-dash multimedia receiver and the Vozsis with Alexa app. With a tap of the touchscreen and your voice, access your Amazon Prime Music, Audible audiobooks, Kindle library, Flash Briefings, and more to stay informed and entertained during your drive.
Bluetooth

Siri® Eyes Free – touchscreen
Simply touch a NEX touchscreen and Siri listens through the NEX unit’s external microphone and answers requests over the vehicle’s speakers, helping you keep your eyes on the road and your hands on the wheel. (For select iPhones.)

Back up camera input (2-camera)
Back up safely in any crowded parking area. Install a rear-view camera to use the receiver’s built-in parking guides for easy parking, with adjustable parking lines and full screen image for ease of use.
Wired Remote Input
This receiver integrates an input specifically designed to connect a third-party interface (optional) which will allow you to keep the key functions from the steering wheel control buttons of your vehicle. (if applicable)
iDataLink Maestro (RR & RR2)
Universal Radio Replacement Interface. The Maestro RR and RR2 connect to iDatalink-compatible radios to enhance your multimedia experience with exclusive gauges, vehicle information, parking assistance, climate control, and radar detection screens. They retain the factory infotainment features you love, such as steering wheel controls, voice commands, and more (sold separately).
Metra Axxess™ compatible
The Metra Axxess™ AXPIO is a fully integrated dash kit package designed specifically for select Pioneer receivers. This complete solution features an AXPIO Series interface, vehicle-specific harnessing, a dash kit, and more. Vehicle information and settings controlled on the factory screen are retained, displayed, and controlled on the Pioneer® touchscreen. These settings would otherwise be lost after replacing the head unit. The built-in integration technology from Axxess also retains safety chimes through an offboard speaker, retains audio controls on the steering wheel, retains R.A.P. (Retained Accessory Power), and provides accessory power (12-volt, 10-amp) and NAV output for parking brake, reverse, and speed sense (sold separately).
Hi-Resolution audio file playback (Hi-Res)
Enjoy High-Resolution Audio music playback just as the musicians intended with higher than CD quality. With the Pioneer NEX Receiver you can play up to 192 kHz/24-bit WAV and FLAC files (compatible device and source required).
FLAC
Your love of high-res audio does not need to stop at the front door. Enjoy FLAC files in your vehicle without the need to convert. Pioneer’s NEX in-dash receivers were the first in the industry to offer playback of files encoded as high-res FLAC up to 192kHz/24 bit and provide playback output at CD quality. With Pioneer, your high-res FLAC is no longer confined to your home hi-fi system – put your music on the move.
Pioneer Advanced Sound Retriever
Hear more detail, warmth, and clarity that the artist originally intended, even from compressed audio files. Whether from USB or streaming services, and regardless of the level of audio compression from your lossy music sources, Pioneer’s ASR enhances audio playback of compressed audio files, such as MP3s, by applying an algorithm to the audio signals. This counteracts the compression effects, providing a more detailed and natural sound.
Automatic Sound Levelizer (ASL)
This receiver adjusts to the optimum volume and tone quality according to vehicle speed to compensate for increased road noise, wind noise, or other noises while driving.
Flexible Audio Output Management
The Pioneer Standard (2-Way) / Network (3-Way) function allows you to divide the audio signal into different frequency bands. You can then make precise adjustments with low-pass, high-pass, and band-pass filters, as well as level, phase, and other parameters to match the characteristics of each speaker unit. Select STD for a Sub/Rear/Front setup, or NTW for a Low/Mid/High setup.
Audio Equalizer
The 13-band equalizer allows for detailed adjustments to your acoustic settings. This lets you tailor the equalization to match your car’s interior acoustics and speaker characteristics as desired. Multiple EQ presets ensure that even users with basic acoustic knowledge can learn and enjoy the benefits of using an equalizer.
Time alignment
This feature allows for delay time and synchronizing from each speaker to be adjusted to correct any phase mismatches in the sound resulting from the listening position. No need for any acoustics degree to do the job, simply measure the distance between your listening position and the speakers, then enter these measurements into the Pioneer receiver.
